I saw an article online that no longer appears. What happened to it?

It’s possible that an item has been removed from the site due to a drop in inventory, or if it’s a temporary product.

Under no circumstances are you obliged to purchase the items you put in your shopping cart when you visit the BEHY.CA site.

How can I change or cancel an order that has already been shipped?

To carry out one of these operations, it is important to contact shop@behy.ca before receiving your shipment confirmation by e-mail. If you have already received your shipment confirmation, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel your order.

 

 

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is free on orders of CAN$75 or more before taxes. For orders below this threshold, a fee based on your shipping address will be charged. This fee is non-refundable and is excluded from all promotions.

 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days. Some items may take longer.

 

 

Why can’t I complete my order once I’ve entered my shipping address?

Our products are shipped to many regions in Quebec (Canada). We may not be able to deliver to your home address at this time. In this case, we suggest you visit one of our retailers who carry BEHY throughout Quebec.
