Our story
Our group is a happy mix of professional athletes and local entrepreneurs. One day, unintentionally, we realized that we were subjecting ourselves to a significant amount of chemicals by drinking traditional electrolyte beverages during our varied workouts. The idea that our children might follow this regimen deeply troubled us all. Not finding an existing solution to this problem, we decided to take matters into our own hands!
Our ambition is to hydrate and support families as well as everyday heroes, helping them to excel with a product that meets their expectations. That’s why BEHY is naturally sweetened with 100% pure maple syrup. Thanks to advanced hydration and electrolyte intake, our products are free of sweeteners, flavours or artificial colours.

Maxime played in more than 1,000 professional hockey matches over his career. He played for the Penguins, Flyers, Avalanche and Bruins before ending his career in 2016 in Russia. In 2009, Maxime played a key role in the Penguins’ Stanley Cup win, scoring the two goals that allowed his team to win 2-1 in game seven of the Stanley Cup finals against the Detroit Red Wings. Maxime is considered one of the most appreciated and respected hockey players of his generation. He now wants to leave a legacy as an entrepreneur by endorsing brands such as MANA and, of course, BEHY.
ÉTIENNE BOULAY
In 2005, Étienne was drafted by the Montreal Alouettes as a defensive back and quickly became one of the key players on the team. He won the Grey Cup with the Alouettes in 2009 and 2010. After his professional football player career, Étienne turned to media. The former Montreal Alouettes player has just scored a touchdown in the business world by having co-founded Atypique, the non-alcoholic drinks, a great Quebec success.

Known as one of the best teammates a player could have, Bruno has a willingness to learn and excel that is contagious. Since retiring Bruno has been heavily involved in Quebec hockey and various charitable initiatives. He holds the position of Director of Partner Relations for the Respect Group, and you have probably already seen him on RDS!
