WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Given the nature of the product (beverage), BEHY will not accept any returns once the item has been shipped, unless it is a problem caused by BEHY.

 

If your order is lost, damaged or missing when it arrives, please notify the Breuvages BEHY Inc. team immediately. We will evaluate your request and send you a refund or the missing or damaged items again.

 

We will respond to your request, explaining the reasons for the decision. If we accept your request, we will send you a confirmation email. You should then receive a refund within five working days, or replacement items within five working days.

 

If you receive an order that has already been opened, refuse delivery.

 

You must send your refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
