BEHY Contest Rules
Official Rules for the “Win a Year of BEHY Hydration” Contest
1. Organizer
The contest is organized by BEHY, 28 Charlotte-Denys Street, Boucherville, Quebec J4B 8L6 (the “Organizer”).
2. Duration of the Contest
The contest begins on October 9, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, and ends at the time of the drawing on November 9, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
3. Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Excluded from participation are employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, its advertising and promotional agencies, and its prize suppliers, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, brothers, and sisters) and individuals with whom they reside.
4. How to Participate
No purchase necessary. To enter, simply fill out the entry form on the page behy.ca/fr-ca/pages/concours or the BEHY promotional form on Facebook or Instagram, providing a valid email address. Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire duration of the contest, regardless of which form is used.
Signing up for BEHY's marketing emails and text messages is optional and does not affect eligibility for the contest or the odds of winning.
5. Price
Five (5) prizes are available. Each prize consists of a one-year subscription to the BEHY Hydration Mix , comprising twelve (12) monthly deliveries of a 35-serving bag— flavor —of the winner’s choice, with a retail value of $599.88 each. Total value of the prizes: $2,999.40.
Prizes must be accepted as is. They may not be exchanged, transferred to another person, or redeemed for cash. Prizes will be shipped to an address in Quebec. If the Organizer is unable to award a prize as described, it reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
6. Print Run
On November 9, 2026, at the Organizer’s headquarters in Boucherville, five (5) entries will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Claiming Prizes
Selected participants will be contacted by email only, from the address shop@behy.ca, within five (5) days of the drawing. To be declared a winner, a selected participant must:
- respond to the email within seven (7) days of its being sent;
- correctly answer a math problem without help;
- sign the declaration and liability waiver form that will be sent to them and return it by the specified deadline.
If any of these conditions are not met, the selected person will be disqualified, and a new drawing may be held following the same procedure.
8. Personal Information
The information collected is used for the administration of the contest, in accordance with Privacy Policy BEHY. It will be used for marketing purposes only if the participant has expressly consented by checking the box provided for that purpose or by signing up for text messages. This consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the participant’s entry.
9. Terms and Conditions
- Any incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entry will be rejected.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to participate in a manner that violates these rules or that is unfair to other participants (multiple entries, bots, fake email addresses, etc.).
- The Organizer is not liable for technical failures, loss, or delays in entries.
- By accepting a prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to publish their first name, the initial of their last name, and their city of residence for promotional purposes related to the contest, without compensation.
- This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Shopify, nor is it affiliated with any of them in any way.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these regulations, the French version shall prevail.
10. Alcohol, Racing, and Gaming Board
A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of mediation to attempt to resolve it.

Any dispute concerning the conduct or organization of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute concerning the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
