Return and Refund Policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Given the nature of the product (a beverage), BEHY does not accept returns once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the issue is attributable to BEHY.
If your order is lost or damaged, or if any items are missing upon delivery, please notify the BEHY Beverages Inc. team immediately. We will review your request and issue a refund or reship the missing or damaged items.
We will respond to your request and explain the reasons for our decision. If we approve your request, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then receive a refund or replacement items within five business days.
If you receive a package that has already been opened, refuse the delivery. You must submit your refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER OR IF I NOTICE AN ERROR OR DEFECT UPON DELIVERY?
